Users must create an account to access the platform and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Services are offered on paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, harmful software distribution, unauthorized access, or misuse of member data.
Users retain ownership of their business and member data. The company processes data only to provide services.
Fitxzo aims to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance or technical issues.
All software, design, branding, and platform features belong to Fitxzo. Unauthorized copying or resale is prohibited.
Fitxzo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non payment, or illegal activity.
Fitxzo is not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss caused by system or third party failures.
